Drunk Tattoo Artist
A downloadable game for Android
Drunk Tattoo Artist is a VR game meant to mimic the feeling of giving someone a tattoo. In this prototype version, you can choose from some basic colors of ink, control the voltage/angle of the tattoo machine and then draw on a large panel of imitation "skin". There is no undo button, no ability to clear the canvas, and eventually you will run out of ink and have to refill. Future versions of the game would be much more realistic, involving real player models to tattoo, stencils that you could apply and the ability to mix ink.
Controls
Only the right hand is supported currently, with both hand and controller tracking (ensure that the headset has Motion Tracking enabled to use hand tracking).
The standard grip buttons are used as grab controls, with the trigger being used to control the voltage.
For hand tracking, the grip is tracked to the middle finger/palm while the voltage is controlled by the flex of your index finger.
You must apply voltage to the pen (and have ink) to draw on the canvas.
You can use the standard Recenter button to recenter yourself on the canvas, which might be needed since teleporting is not currently supported in the prototype build.
